Installation

1. Setup autonumbering for the calendar category (done via the Site Manager);
2. Prepend this code to the first line of your site's CSS:
   @import url(/local--code/calendar:_css);
3. Copy the essential pages which make up the calendar framework:
   calendar
   calendar:_css
   calendar:_javascript
   calendar:_template
   calendar:_backend
   calendar:_backend-full
   calendar:_backend-mini
